Shipping policy
DELIVERIES:
1. No1 for Composite delivers products to customers using own vehicle
and in some cases via a contracted logistics company.
2. Delivery times may vary based on the availability of the product and
the shipping destination.
3. No1 for Composite will provide an estimated delivery date at the time
of purchase.
4. If a product is not available for immediate shipment, No1 for
Composite will provide the customer with an estimated date of
shipment at the time of purchase.
5. No1 for Composite is not responsible for delays in delivery due to
unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or postal
service delays.
6. If a customer wishes to expedite their delivery, they may contact No1
for Composite to make special arrangements at an additional cost.
7. No1 for Composite does not ship internationally at this time.
8. No1 for Composite does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
addresses.
9. No1 for Composite requires a signature for all deliveries. If the
customer is not available to sign for the delivery, the package will be
held at a nearby location for pickup or the carrier may attempt
redelivery.
10. No1 for Composite is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
that have been successfully delivered according to the tracking
information.
11. If a customer receives a damaged product, they should contact No1
for Composite within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
12. No1 for Composite reserves the right to make changes to this delivery
policy at any time.
13. All deliveries are fulfilled with 1-5 working days of the purchase.
